Relaxation - 14th July 2014

The session was planned to be a fun relaxing session for women as children are breaking up from school this week. The first hour we did Pilates with Jackie which contains fun and relaxing moves. And the second hour we ordered tea and coffee for ladies and had a discussion with the ladies. During the discussion we asked the ladies for feedback and the feedback we got was positive as they really enjoyed the session but found some of the moves hard but overall they enjoyed it as it was a new activity for them. Also, we asked the ladies of what other activities they would like to have and they suggested they wanted to have a badminton session and swimming sessions.

Our feedback:

Overall we enjoyed running the session as it was a relaxed session where we could talk to the ladies and we also joined in the session which was a fun way to interact with the ladies. We got to know some of the ladies more personally which was nice.

For next week's session we will need to add children to the sessions, so we will take paper, crayons or paint to the sessions to keep kid occupied.
